Return Policy

30‑Day Return Window You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Please use a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll need that number to open a carrier investigation.

Damages or Issues Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email jkaydesign@outlook.com.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
