Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jkaydesign@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
